We are in-network with BCBS PPO plans. We are out of network with all other plans. Don't worry! Our clients range from retail workers to CEOs of companies, so we have a variety of clients. Most of our clients are out of network.

Q: I have finished physical therapy, but I would love maintenance work from a Doctor of Physical Therapy. What do you offer?

We offer maintenance packages based on your goals! We have many patients who either run out of insurance visits, or have completed physical therapy, but they'd like weekly or monthly check ins. Reach out to hear about any of our current offers!

Q: What treatment techniques do you all use?

It depends! We evaluate your symptoms to see what type of issue is going on: is it stiffness? Joint-related? Muscle-related? Nerve? Post-operative? Based on these questions, we can perform dry needling, joint mobilizations, blood flow restriction therapy (BFR), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASMT), and of course exercise!

Where are you located?

Northfield: 193 Northfield Rd, Northfield, IL 60093. We are INSIDE of a 10,000 square foot gym called MyBody Complex, fully equipped with locker rooms and showers. The entrance is at the BACK of the building.

Lincoln Park: 2071 N Southport Ave Unit 101, Chicago, IL 60614. We are located INSIDE of Lift  Chicago Lincoln Park. It is a 3500 square foot private gym facility, fully equipped with locker rooms, showers, and a lounge space.

I've tried physical therapy in the past, and it didn't help. How are you different?

We get this ALL the time. Unfortunately, the traditional physical therapy industry does a poor job of getting results. 3-4 patients are seen at once, you barely spend time with the DPT, and you're doing the same exercises every visit.

Our clinicians hold specializations which allow for more specific care; we are 1:1 with all of our clients; and you receive customized programming so that progress is seen each week

Will I be passed off to a therapy aide?

Absolutely not. We offer 1:1 treatment with your Doctor of Physical Therapy

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please notify us >24 hours prior to your appointment! As our schedules are full, we would like to be able to offer the slot to patients on our waitlist.

We have a strict $150 fee for appointments canceled <24 hours prior to the appointment time.
